2024—2025学年，上海财经大学国际教育学院分团委在上海财经大学党委的领导下、在上海财经大学团委的指导下，以“严谨负责，开拓创新”的工作态度、“脚踏实地，敦本务实”的工作作风、“锐意进取，自强不息”的工作姿态，贯彻落实党的二十届三中全会思想和习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，坚守“以学生为本”的工作原则，坚持为党育人、为国育才，将培根铸魂、启智润心作为工作的追求目标，持续发力推进“立德树人”的根本任务，在本学年的五四评优活动中，我院分团委再次荣获上海财经大学“五四红旗团委”荣誉称号！
In the 2024–2025 academic year, the Youth League Committee of theInternational Education College at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE), operating under the leadership of the SUFE Party Committee and the guidance of the SUFE Youth League Committee, has consistently demonstrated a rigorous and innovative work ethic, a pragmatic and down-to-earth style, and a pioneering and self-strengthening spirit. Adhering to the principles of the Third Plenary Session of the 20th Central Committee and the broader framework of Xi Jinping Thought onSocialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, the Committee has steadfastly upheld a student-centered approach, dedicating itself to cultivating talent for both the Party and the nation. With the fundamental objective of fostering virtue and nurturing minds, it has persistently advanced the core mission of moral education. As a result of these dedicated efforts, the College Youth League Committee has once again been honored with the distinguished title of “May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committee” at Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.

这一学年，上海财经大学国际教育学院分团委统筹“一站式”学生社区建设，陆续开展了我与书记面对面、“翰墨迎新春，笔墨送祝福”“学长为你办实事”“春风拂面，花香与爱同在”等活动，形成了有特色、起作用、能持续的“国教特色”社区运营模式。在保证每月一次主题活动的同时，常态化运营16号楼共享厨房、新民楼朋辈辅导基地、崇德楼运动中心等三大社区区域，确保现有的“一站式”学生社区满足同学们的生活、学习需求，构建起浸润式成长生态，成为学生思想引领的“红色熔炉”、实践创新的“活力工坊”和文化育人的“精神家园”。
Throughout the academic year, the College Youth League Committee has strategically coordinated the development of a “one-stop” student community, launching a series of impactful initiatives such as “Face-to-Face with the Secretary,” “Ink Welcoming the New Year, Brush Sending Blessings,” “Seniors Solving Problems for You,” and “Spring Breeze and Blossoms, Love in the Air.” These efforts have culminated in a distinctive, effective, and sustainable community operation model emblematic of College’s unique character. While ensuring monthly thematic activities, the Committee has also maintained the regular operation of three key community zones—the Shared Kitchen in Building 16, the Peer Tutoring Base in Xinmin Building, and the Chongde Building Sports Center—thereby comprehensively addressing students’ daily living and academic needs. This integrated approach has fostered an immersive growth ecosystem, transforming the community into a “red crucible” for ideological guidance, a “dynamic workshop” for practical innovation, and a “spiritual home” for cultural enrichment.
这一学年，上海财经大学国际教育学院分团委瞄准“主题教育”板块，积极开展思想政治教育，不断深化主题教育对学生的全面培育；牢牢把握新生思想引领与价值塑造的“关键领域”，以思想政治教育为核心，爱国主义教育为重点，精心策划并实施一系列主题教育；以国家安全教育日、七一建党、八一建军、国家公祭日、宪法日等重要纪念日为抓手，以专题讲座、社团活动、志愿服务等为渠道，开展多形式、深层次、全方位的思想政治教育活动，涵盖家国情怀、历史文化、职业道德、校园荣誉、理想信念、责任担当、时代礼仪等主题，激励学生主动践行习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想，充分发挥分团委的政治引导与思想启迪作用。
Furthermore, the Committee has placed significant emphasis on thematic education, actively promoting ideological and political formation. By seizing pivotal opportunities presented by important commemorative dates—such as National Security Education Day, the Party’s Founding Day on July 1st, Army Day on August 1st, National Memorial Day, and Constitution Day—it has organized a diverse array of in-depth and multi-faceted activities. These have included specialized lectures, club events, and volunteer services, covering themes ranging from national spirit and historical culture to professional ethics, campus pride, ideals and beliefs, responsibility, and contemporary etiquette. Through these channels, students have been consistently inspired to actively practice the principles of Xi Jinping Thought onSocialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, thereby fully realizing the Committee’s role in political guidance and intellectual enlightenment.
这一学年，上海财经大学国际教育学院分团委依托“智慧团建”系统，强化团员组织管理工作。今年共组织主题团日活动10次，覆盖全院2021至2024级团支部。开展主题团课4次，院级团课培训4次，组织开展了2期“青年马克思主义者培养工程”培训班，推荐了11位学生骨干参加学校 “青年马克思主义者培养工程”培训班学习，团组织覆盖面和影响力持续扩大，青年群众基础更加坚实。
Leveraging the “Smart League Building” system, the College Youth League Committee has also enhanced its organizational management of League members. Over the year, it conducted 10 thematic League Day activities, reaching all Youth League branches from the Class of 2021 to 2024. Additionally, it organized four thematic League lectures and four college-level League training sessions, alongside launching two sessions of the “Young Marxist Training Program.” Eleven outstanding student leaders were recommended to participate in the university-level program, contributing to the continuous expansion of the League’s reach and influence, and solidifying its foundation among the youth.

这一学年，上海财经大学国际教育学院分团委以创新创业大赛、千村调查、知行杯社会实践活动、校友企业参访等为契机，积极践行创新创业教育理念，全面加强实践体系建设，牵头推进思政课程与社会实践深度融合，让学生走出教室、走出校园、走向社会，在实践中长才干、做贡献、促成才。
The past year has seen the College Youth League Committee actively implement innovation and entrepreneurship education through platforms such as innovation competitions, the “Thousand Villages Survey,” the “Zhixing Cup” social practice initiative, and alumni enterprise visits. By integrating ideological education with hands-on social practice, it has encouraged students to step beyond the classroom and campus into wider society—gaining competence, making contributions, and achieving personal growth through real-world engagement.

这一学年，上海财经大学国际教育学院分团委坚持以学生为中心，深入宿舍一线，搭建集生活服务、学习交流、文化活动于一体的综合平台，为学生营造一个温馨、安全、有序的居住环境。2024年共对483间学生宿舍进行了20余次的深入且细致的检查工作。检查覆盖了宿舍卫生、安全用电等关键方面，确保了学生住宿环境的安全与舒适。
Remaining steadfastly student-oriented, the Committee has also extended its efforts deep into student dormitories, establishing comprehensive platforms that blend daily living services, academic exchange, and cultural activities. Through meticulous and repeated inspections of 483 student dormitories across more than 20 visits in 2024—covering critical aspects such as hygiene and electrical safety—it has ensured a secure, comfortable, and welcoming residential environment.

这一学年，上海财经大学国际教育学院分团委积极开展各项校园活动，不断推进校园文化多元化发展，为推动教育高质量发展、实现教育强国目标贡献力量。这一学年，统筹举办国际教育学院草坪音乐节&十佳歌手、国际教育学院舞蹈节、平安留学系列活动、520心理健康日等活动，在丰富我院学生日常生活的同时，贯彻落实学生的多元化发展路径，不断培养学生的归属感、责任感和使命感，养成“爱院荣院”的主人翁意识。
In parallel, the Committee has vigorously promoted diverse campus cultural activities, organizing events including the College Lawn Music Festival & Top Ten Singers Contest, the College Dance Festival, the “Study Abroad with Safety” series, and the 520 Mental Health Day. These initiatives have not only enriched students’ daily lives but also reinforced their sense of belonging, responsibility, and mission, cultivating a shared spirit of pride and ownership toward theCollege.

这一学年，上海财经大学国际教育学院分团委坚持以问题为导向，通过定期召开书记面对面学生座谈会、问卷调查、谈心谈话等方式，深入了解学生的实际需求和面临的困难，确保工作决策紧贴学生实际。
Adopting a problem-oriented methodology, the College Youth League Committee has engaged closely with the student body through regular Secretary–Student forums, surveys, and one-on-one conversations. This has enabled a nuanced understanding of students’ actual needs and challenges, ensuring that all decisions and actions remain closely aligned with their realities.
这一学年，上海财经大学国际教育学院分团委采取了多元化手段对学生思想政治状况进行深入摸底调查。一方面，通过组织座谈、召开班会、开展谈心谈话及发放问卷等多种方式，全面细致地了解学生的思想状况、政治立场及价值取向，为意识形态教育把脉定向，确保了思政教育方向的正确性。另一方面，高度重视学生心理健康，实施精准摸排，建立了由学院、班级、宿舍三级构成的谈心谈话制度，通过定期沟通交流，及时掌握学生的思想动态，并在此基础上对其思想、学习及生活等方面提供全方位的帮扶与指导，有效促进了学生的健康成长。
Employing diverse diagnostic tools, the Committee has conducted in-depth assessments of students’ ideological and political development. Through organized discussions, class meetings, personal conversations, and questionnaires, it has gained comprehensive insights into students’ beliefs, political orientations, and value systems—thereby accurately steering the direction of ideological education. At the same time, considerable attention has been paid to mental health: a three-tiered counseling system (College–Class–Dormitory) has been established, facilitating regular communication and timely support. This holistic system provides all-round guidance in students’ ideological, academic, and personal lives, effectively promoting their healthy development.
在未来的工作中，分团委将继续秉持初心，砥砺前行。我们会以更饱满的热情、更扎实的作风，深入学生群体，倾听他们的心声与诉求。持续创新工作方式方法，积极探索适应新时代青年发展需求的团建模式，努力在思想引领上有新高度，在组织建设上有新突破，在服务学生上有新成效。我们坚信，在学校团委的坚强领导与学校党委的悉心指导下，通过全体分团委成员的不懈努力以及我院学生的积极参与，上海财经大学国际教育学院分团委定能书写更为绚丽的青春华章，为学院发展、社会进步贡献源源不断的青春力量，让青春在不懈奋斗中绽放更加夺目的光彩。
