
Recently, our college has hosted frequent foreign exchange visits, welcoming representatives from institutions in various countries. Bringing rich experience from their respective fields and a passion for mutual exchange and learning, they engaged in in-depth discussions with our college. The face-to-face interactions and meetings have built a bridge for deep cooperation and mutual progress between the collaborating parties, injecting new vitality into promoting development in relevant fields.
[University of San Francisco, USA] Visit
On April 9th, Ms. Marcella Pitcher DeProto, Assistant Vice President of the University of San Francisco, USA, visited our college. She conducted a comprehensive and detailed discussion with our Dean, Shen Hui, regarding the progress of the ongoing 1+3/2+2 international undergraduate program cooperation. Both parties communicated on issues such as the Chinese and American education systems, the alignment of majors and curricula at the undergraduate stage, and student cultivation models. They reached numerous consensuses on how to further promote the recognition of international cooperation programs by the American university and enhance education quality. Both sides expressed their expectation to join hands successfully and commit to providing students with a higher quality international education experience.

Introduction of University of San Francisco
The University of San Francisco (USF) is a private university located in San Francisco, California, USA, founded in 1855 with a long history. In the 2024 U.S. News Best Colleges ranking, it was placed 115th nationally in the USA; in the 2025 U.S. News rankings, USF's comprehensive ranking rose to 109th nationally.
USF's undergraduate education is renowned worldwide for its entrepreneurial spirit and is hailed as a cradle for Chinese board chairpersons, having nurtured many well-known entrepreneurs such as the President of Intel, a co-founder of Starbucks Coffee, and the founder of Adobe. The university's School of Management was ranked by the Wall Street Journal as one of the top 100 business schools globally, holds AACSB accreditation, and its majors like Business Administration rank first in California.
[University of Technology Sydney, Australia] Visit
On the morning of April 14th, Ms. Mary MA, Manager of International Program Cooperation at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS), Australia, specially visited our college and held a cordial and productive exchange session with the students of our inaugural UTS Artificial Intelligence/Information Technology 2+2 undergraduate program. Ms. MA detailed UTS's cutting-edge research achievements in AI and IT, its outstanding subject rankings, advanced teaching philosophy, as well as the career guidance and entrepreneurial support available to students. She also shared practical information and rich experiences about studying and living in Australia. The students asked questions actively, creating a lively atmosphere. This exchange not only enhanced the students' understanding of the subsequent stages of the program but also instilled strong confidence and motivation for their future overseas studies, further strengthening the cooperative ties between the two institutions in this program.


[Queensland University of Technology, Australia] Visit
On the afternoon of April 14th, a delegation of four from the Queensland University of Technology (QUT), Australia, visited our college. The delegation included Professor Cameron Newton, Deputy Executive Dean of the Faculty of Business & Law; Professor Gavin Sade, Deputy Executive Dean of the Faculty of Creative Industries, Education & Social Justice; and their international office colleagues, Ms. Wang Liang and Ms. Zhu Yuanyuan. Our Dean, Shen Hui, along with colleagues from relevant college departments, attended the meeting.

Dean Shen Hui welcomed the QUT delegation and provided a detailed introduction to the development history of SUFE and the International Education College, their characteristics in finance and economics, achievements in international education, the digital transformation strategy promoted in recent years based on digital disciplines, and the important support provided for the diversified development of international programs. Subsequently, the two professors from QUT introduced the overview of their university and faculties, indicating that QUT has achieved remarkable success in fields such as creative industries, film and media, and business, and possesses a comprehensive student employment support system. After in-depth discussion, both parties agreed to deepen cooperation and promote the integration of program resources and complementary advantages in areas such as media, design, and business.

Introduction of Queensland University of Technology
The Queensland University of Technology (QUT) is a world-renowned public comprehensive university, ranked 189th globally. Located in the city center of Brisbane, Australia's third-largest city, it currently has approximately 50,000 students enrolled. Its programs cover numerous disciplines including business, design, media, creative industries, education, healthcare, justice, data and mathematics, science, engineering, and the built environment. QUT's Business School is the first in Australia to simultaneously receive all three top international accreditations (AACSB, EQUIS, AMBA). QUT's Media and Communication program is ranked 19th globally and has been number one in Australia for many years. Disciplines such as Computer Science and Information Systems, Electrical and Electronic Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Business and Management Studies, Pharmacy, and Environmental Studies all rank within the global top 200.

On April 15th, a delegation of four from the University of Bath, UK, visited our college for cooperation and exchange activities. The delegation included Mr. Elton Zhang, Deputy Director of International Student Recruitment; Professor Michael Stimmelmayr, Deputy Head of Department (International) for Economics in the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences; Ms. Sophia Kirtley, Marketing Lead for the Faculty of Humanities & Social Sciences; and Dr. Zhang Jie, Associate Professor from the Department of Computer Science in the Faculty of Science.

This visit marked the first meeting between the two institutions. Following concise introductions, both sides focused on cooperation at the international undergraduate and master's levels, conducting detailed discussions on potential collaborative disciplines, program pathways, and student standards. During the exchange, both parties unanimously expressed their willingness to actively promote the in-depth development of international cooperation projects between the two universities, hoping to create superior opportunities and platforms for more students aspiring to pursue further studies in top UK universities through collaborative efforts.

The University of Bath was established in 1966 and is located in the picturesque city of Bath in South West England, known for its Georgian architecture and rich historical heritage, just a 90-minute train ride from London.
The University of Bath is renowned worldwide for its excellent teaching quality, strong research capabilities, and superior student experience. It holds significant advantages in disciplines such as Sports Science, Psychology, Architecture, Development Studies, Marketing, and Social Policy. The University of Bath, consistently within the top ten in various UK national league tables, is ranked 150th globally in the 2025 QS World University Rankings, and its Accounting program is ranked 101-150 globally in the 2025 QS subject rankings. The University of Bath School of Management is one of the UK's top business schools, holding EQUIS, AMBA, and AACSB accreditations, and was ranked 8th in the UK in the 2024 Financial Times European Business School Rankings.
