中国与马来西亚两国近年来在多个领域不断深化合作关系，尤其是在高等教育领域的合作上展现出积极的发展势头。中国外交部近日宣布的中马签署《关于互免持公务普通护照和普通护照人员签证的协定》，为两国间的人员交流、学术合作提供了更加便捷的政策支持。此项政策的推出，不仅彰显了两国在政治和经济层面的紧密合作，也为高等教育领域的互动开辟了新的空间。
In recent years, China and Malaysia have continuously deepened their cooperative relations across multiple fields, demonstrating particularly positive development momentum in the area of higher education collaboration. The recent announcement by China's Ministry of Foreign Affairs regarding the signing of the "Agreement on Mutual Visa Exemption for Holders of Ordinary Passports and Public Affairs Passports" between China and Malaysia provides more convenient policy support for personnel exchanges and academic cooperation between the two countries. The introduction of this policy not only highlights the close cooperation between the two countries at the political and economic levels but also opens up new avenues for interaction in the field of higher education.
会谈实录Record of Talks
6月3日下午，马来西亚泰莱大学（Taylor's University）代表团一行到访我院。访问团成员包括泰莱大学国际商务发展及国际办公室院长邓惠君女士、国际合作关系高级经理林俐缤女士、国际招生部高级经理王勇女士、国际项目负责人陈伟迪先生以及其他相关同事。我院副院长李劲松教授携学院相关部门同事出席此次会谈。
On the afternoon of June 3rd, a delegation from Taylor's University, Malaysia, visited our college. The delegation members included Ms. Dang Hooi Gun, Dean of International Business Development & International Office at Taylor's University; Ms. Lim Li Pin, Senior Manager of International Collaboration; Ms. Wong Yoong, Senior Manager of International Admissions; Mr. Tan Wei Dee, International Programme Manager; and other relevant colleagues. Professor Li Jinsong, Vice Dean of our college, along with colleagues from relevant departments, attended the meeting.
会谈开始，李劲松副院长对马来西亚泰莱大学代表团一行的到访表示热烈欢迎。与会嘉宾通过观看两段短片，全面了解了上海财经大学及国际教育学院的办学成果、财经优势、学科布局以及国际化人才培养体系。李院长着重强调了上财近些年在学科发展上的变化和特色，指出新加坡与马来西亚等国家凭借独特地理位置和快速蓬勃发展的态势，成为学校未来拓展东南亚地区的海外大学合作的重要方向，期待双方以此为契机开展更多深入合作。
At the beginning of the talks, Vice Dean Li Jinsong extended a warm welcome to the delegation from Taylor's University, Malaysia. The participants gained a comprehensive understanding of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics (SUFE) including the educational achievements of its International Education College, strengths in finance and economics, disciplinary structure, and international talent cultivation system by watching two short videos. Vice Dean Li emphasized the recent developments and distinctive features in SUFE's disciplines. He pointed out that countries like Singapore and Malaysia, leveraging their unique geographical locations and rapid, vigorous development, have become important directions for the school's future expansion of overseas university cooperation in Southeast Asia. He expressed the hope that both sides would use this visit as an opportunity to engage in more in-depth collaboration.
邓惠君院长详细介绍了泰莱大学的发展历史、区位与学科优势。泰莱大学主张全面化教育，涵盖预科课程培训、沟通技能培养以及本科、硕士、博士的全链条学术培养环节。学校多个专业为本科生配置一年期的实习期，助力学生适应和融入职场并提前获取业内资源；同时提供学校导师和企业导师为学生排忧解难，帮助学生兼顾学习与工作。
Dean Dang Hooi Gun provided a detailed introduction to Taylor's University's development history, location, and disciplinary strengths. Taylor's University advocates for comprehensive education, encompassing foundation program training, communication skills development, and a full-chain academic cultivation process from undergraduate to master's and doctoral levels. Many programs at the university incorporate a one-year internship period for undergraduates, helping students adapt to and integrate into the workplace while gaining early access to industry resources. Additionally, the university provides both academic and corporate mentors to assist students in overcoming challenges, enabling them to balance study and work effectively.
随后，两校就国际本科2+2、硕士预科以及工商管理博士（DBA）方向的合作展开具体讨论。这些合作项目不仅有助于提升我院未来学生的国际视野和专业素养，更将为中马两国在高等教育领域的交流与合作注入新的活力。双方达成诸多共识，并期待后续能够迅速推进具体合作事项，共同为中马两国的教育事业贡献力量。
Subsequently, the two institutions engaged in specific discussions regarding collaboration in International Undergraduate 2+2 programs, Master's Foundation programs, and Doctor of Business Administration (DBA). These collaborative projects will not only help enhance the international perspective and professional competence of our future students but will also inject new vitality into the exchanges and cooperation between China and Malaysia in the field of higher education. Both parties reached numerous consensuses and look forward to promptly advancing specific cooperative matters, jointly contributing to the educational endeavors of both China and Malaysia.
泰莱大学创立于1969年，是马来西亚顶尖私立大学，隶属泰莱教育集团，位于雪兰莪州双威镇，毗邻吉隆坡。学校在2025年QS世界排名中位列全球第251位，亚洲第36位，马来西亚国内排名第6。其商科与酒店管理专业尤为突出，酒店管理专业居亚洲第二、马来西亚第一，商学院为全马首个获"三皇冠"认证的私立院校。学校的其他优势学科包括建筑、计算机、设计、教育等。学校拥有现代化设施（如创新中心、实验室、人工湖）及国际化课程，本科学费一共约12-15万马币（折合人民币20-25万），毕业生就业率超97%，多进入国际知名企业。作为私立大学，泰莱大学的课程灵活、注重实践与行业结合，与公立大学偏重学术研究的定位形成错位竞争。
Established in 1969, Taylor's University is a top-tier private university in Malaysia, belonging to the Taylor's Education Group. It is located in Sunway City, Selangor, adjacent to Kuala Lumpur. The university is ranked 251st globally, 36th in Asia, and 6th domestically in Malaysia in the 2025 QS World University Rankings. Its business and hospitality management programs are particularly outstanding, with the hospitality management program ranked 2nd in Asia and 1st in Malaysia. Its business school is the first private institution in Malaysia to receive the "Triple Crown" accreditation. Other strengths of the university include architecture, computing, design, education, etc. The university boasts modern facilities (such as an innovation center, laboratories, an artificial lake) and internationalized curricula. The total undergraduate tuition fee is approximately 120,000 to 150,000 Malaysian Ringgit (equivalent to approximately 200,000 to 250,000 RMB), with a graduate employment rate exceeding 97%, many of whom join internationally renowned companies. As a private university, Taylor's offers flexible curricula that emphasize practical application and industry integration, creating a differentiated competitive position compared to public universities that focus more on academic research.
